Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping may take up to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Delays & Liability
Please note that shipping is handled by third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to a refund of the order.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link so you can follow the delivery status.

Refunds Policy

If you receive a wrong or defective item, or if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund or replacement.

You have 14 days after delivery to contact us by email at contact@darxfantasy.com.. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement will be arranged.
