Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping may take up to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Delays & Liability
Please note that shipping is handled by third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to a refund of the order.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the name of the responsible carrier so you can follow the delivery status.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that phone cases cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Since they are customized for the customer’s specific phone model, these orders are considered personalized and non-refundable.
